Although I am skilled in most duties within a laboratory, my strongest skills are in phlebotomy with difficult to draw patients.  I am more often than not able to ease the patient, while collecting the samples needed in one stick with little to no pain. I am a loyal and hard worker with a warm and calming personality.  I feel I work well with both patients and their family, as well as my co-workers.  I find it rewarding and enjoy being able to take a process that causes most patients fear or pain, and make it easy experience for them.
