  • If product needed to be sent to the Cobbler to be fixed, they were sent to the cobbler then received in.

Worked with the Returns crew:

  • Clothes were checked for stains, rips/tears, missing buttons, deodorant, makeup, hair, fur etc.
  • If there was anything listed above wrong then they were sent to dry cleaning to be corrected before putting back out to be shipped out to customers.
  • Items were damaged out if they were sent back for being damaged, or sent back damaged to the warehouse.
  • If items needed to be sent to the cobbler for repairs then they were sent there, repaired and received back in.

Worked with the Outbound crew:

  • Audited packages to make sure all items were in orders.
  • Made sure the right size boxes/bags were used whether it was to big or to small.
  • Made sure the proper packaging was used.
  • If the order called for VAS items made sure they were in the order.
  • Checked for packing slip.
  • Checked to make sure the packing slip and ship label matched.
