Providing remote consulting services via interactive client sessions to assist with implementation of multiple technical solutions to meet customer's business needs. This involves developing and implementing complex rules, reports, and other QRadar specific deliverables.
I am also performing duties as the QRadar platform version control expert. This involves installing new versions in our lab and testing new versions of QRadar for bugs, and working with IBM to resolve any found issues.
My current role involves working closely with other Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to complete high profile, critical service offerings to existing Managed Security Services clients. Among these are poviding Tier 3 & 4 (platform and content related) support for authorized QRadar customers, following processes and interacting appropriately with both customers and partners when required.

In this role my main responsibility was providing post-sales support and consulting to Accuvant's clients, specifically SIEM architecture and QRadar. Developed a comprehensive multi-year security plan for Phillips66 Pipeline SCADA/ICS systems including firewalls, IPS, terminal servers, privileged accounts and other security functions. Solely responsible for 13 quarterly Refining firewall audits and pre-audit checkups. Ensure that applications and SCADA/ICS communications were not impacted by updates to firewall policies.
Acted as the liaison between network engineering teams in 10+ countries and Wal-Mart's Home Office Network Engineering teams where policy and procedure was dictated. This involved understanding the needs from different countries and working with Network Engineering to help find a solution that was acceptable to both teams, or find another solution that would still serve the customers needs and be an acceptable technological solution to the team in Bentonville.
