  • Provides high-level administrative support to Chapter Performance Directors and physician practices
  • On-boards new physicians via in-person meetings to present the Steward Health Care Network structure, available resources, and reference materials.
  • Set-up access to the Steward network and Steward applications for physicians and practice staff
  • Partners with practice staff and act as a single point of contact to field and resolve physician/practice questions/issues regarding fee schedules, referral simplification, patient population confirmations and other ad hoc network projects by coordinating across Steward teams to ensure task completion and/or resolution.

  • Helps physicians maintain current contact and practice information in the Steward provider database made up of 2,765 providers that feeds the web-based tools used by patients to contact and select Steward providers
  • Coordination of Chapter leadership Board, POD, and office manager meetings including but not limited to meeting logistics, preparation and distribution of meeting materials and official meeting minutes to be filed with the regional board for approval
