  • Led a $10M product launch into a new-to-Clorox Foods category in less than 3 months from concept to Launch Recommendation. Drove the team through the aggressive timeline to successfully deliver all project requirements. Mapped out risks and process exceptions to align senior management to the aggressive project plan.
  • Managed M&A integration to adapt an innovative, acquired product technology to the Kingsford supply chain and branding. Demonstrated strong leadership by keeping the team motivated through ambiguity and by driving to a difficult “kill” recommendation due to product design being incompatible with manufacturing processes and supply chain.
