  • Managed the procurement process to ensure product is ordered in a timely manner, track and document all products specified on the delivery order(s) to ensure timely delivery including providing the customer with alternative solutions when products will not be delivered on time, invoicing of the customer and verify receipt of payment, and verify vendor payment.

  • Developed a checklist for purchasers to follow when requesting pricing from vendors.
  • Utilized Microsoft NAVISION to create, process, and approve sales quotes and purchase orders.
  • Coordinated with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) staff in resolving issues on various contract awards and delivery orders.
