  • Drafted Congressional Correspondence for signature by the DHS Deputy Under Secretary for Management (DUSM).
  • Received requested actions from OMB, other Departments, and other DHS Components, and assigns to the correct division and tracked action to completion.
  • Analyzed draft legislation and Congressional reports for DHS Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) equities and either a) clears without comment or b) assigns to the correct division for comments/clearance.
  • Directed cross-Component data calls to support OCFO Division utilizing the Internet Quorum (IQ) system and email.
  • Used the Correspondence Analyst Task Tracker (CATT), Internet Quorum (IQ), and ePMO systems to assist in different duties.
  • Led a meeting/training session with three lines of business to go over the CATT system and discuss best practices. Later went to one of the Lines of business offices to assist with the CATT system for half a day.
  • Built and maintained strong working relations across Components, Lines of Business, and with in OCFO to assist in collaboration at all levels.

  • Wrote executive summaries for GAO-OIG draft reports on an as-needed basis for the DUSM and ACFO.
  • Updated the MGMT Acting Deputy Chief of Staff weekly on which GAO-OIG Audits are of interest to White House Leadership.
  • Produced monthly reports on on-going audits and open recommendations for Senior Leadership's usage during the Under Secretary for Management's Staff Meeting and for the Chief Financial Officer's Director's meetings.
