  • Led design and delivery of digital wellness coaching platform, since Jan 2015 launch we have acquired 14K new members who have set +35K goals and purchased over 200 new prescriptions through digital channels.
  • Driven by acquisitions, directed numerous web site integration projects from product definition through execution, folding in features and managing through operational and organizational change to accomplish streamlined customer experience (USA Drug, Duane Read, Take Care Health Systems, CFS Services, etc).
  • Led the product definition through execution for the Walgreens Connector App, a native mobile application that is an extension of the digital platform to support data aggregation by focusing on OEM medical device partners and leveraging Qualcomm FDA certified cloud solution to enable data synching between devices and online/cloud data management and visualization (extension for engagement, motivation and communication).
  • Drove the product definition and execution of the Walgreens "Your Health Dashboard", which provides an aggregated and personalized view of the customer's health profile across digital channels (mobile, desktop tablet, messaging) - digital health apps that facilitate frictionless care experience through a connected ecosystem.
  • Drove product definition and execution of a partner ecosystem by leveraging a 3rd party Patients Like Me to provide customer reported side effects of drugs that are relevant to a patients Walgreens Prescription history profile.
  • As Quality Control Manager for rapid development project to replace eBay's image hosting service with proprietary solution, successfully launched this product reliably serving listing photos for millions of eBay customers since August 2003.
