What I can bring to your team A new approach on training new hires and veteran staff that will encourage them to apply what they have learned. My hands on experiences are the key elements I use in my trainings to target on the accomplishments and short comings that staff encounter while supporting a person. Current Trainings I conduct for The Arc of Washington County My current position with The Arc gives me the opportunity to conduct new hire and recertification trainings at least 3 to 5 times a month within the Human Resources Department.
