    Manage the Institute’s high-performance computing (HPC) usage and needs, maintaining and troubleshooting HPC account access, issues with HPC software licenses, and heavy HPC usage requiring additional hours.


    Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the institute Director and Deputy Director, using my experience to produce a strong and meaningful slide deck with fewer iterations. I also led the Institute’s response to multiple Army-issued programmatic Taskers, allowing for consistent and accurate representation of the Institute’s short- and long-term goals, program area roadmaps, spend plans, and military relevance.

    I continued to manage institute funding, working with TATRC, MRMC HQ, and DTRA Resource Management through the process of submitting PR requests and chasing all of our anticipated FY19 funding lines.



    * Reviews monthly expenditures against all 40+ BHSAI funding lines and updates financial spreadsheets accordingly
    * Coordinates invoice review and payment process for cooperative agreements and extramural collaborator grants
