Build and maintain relationships with external partners to educate on program needs, successes, and sustainability. Provide technical support to stakeholders who need support with program data, research deliverables reporting, surveys and presentations. Perform internal audits and use information to develop change to support program outcomes according to policy.
Daily task include coordinating cross functional teams across the state of 100 counties, training, coaching and, deployment of trending professional development.
Working with research tools, coordinating stakeholder relations, and providing direct research services to stay on trend.

Health Leadership Fellows helped improve health and healthcare for people in poor communities of Western NY. Promoting the vision for a healthier Western York where racial and socioeconomic equity are prioritized so all can reach their full potential and achieve equitable health outcomes.
Worked with community partnerships to develop, implement and evaluate sustainable programs that made a difference in the lives of thousands young children and older adults in region, and support the community-based organizations that support them.
