- Responsible for aircraft maintenance actions of 268 Airmen, maintaining 26 F-15 Strike Eagles and equipment, valued in excess of $1.2 Billion.
- Developed unit's 6.1K hour/3.9K sortie annual flying program. Executed strategic planning to the point of advancement; currently +78 sorties/102 hours...on-target for successful flying hour program closeout.
?- Maintained critical aircraft inspection timelines on 6 aircraft with zero delays, allowing us to recuperate 7 days/86 man-hrs overall.
?- Operated stringent cannibalization program, tracked 1.2K maintenance/supply events, driving our cann rate down 5.4% below the standard 12%....lowest in 9 months!
?- Heavily engaged in extensive radar modification program. Orchestrated plan of attack during man power constraints in support of post-mod operational checks on 9 aircraft. Validated 70 day process/modification, allowing $2.4 million upgrade with no limitations.
Coordinatdn and off equipment repairs between seven different specialties, to ensure aircraft availability for aircrew training and contingency tasking.
?- Steered Operation "Noble Eagle" in support of President Obama's air security force to success. Produced 20 combat training sorties, 15 fighter intercepts with zero ground aborts or security incidents. Provided vital air support and elevated Fighter Wing's combat lethal strength!
- ?Executed Multi-modification schedules. Primed work flow across 2 Fighter Wing's and 3 maintenance unit's, pushing 39 aircraft through, cementing $976 thousand contract success!
Drove Support Section's command and control initiatives. Led 26 technicians and 24 programs geared towards the unit's 1.3K equipment/supply account, valued at $37 Million. Through phenomenal management skills, new program implementation procedures and the relentless work ethic of our team, we reduced our quality assurance fail rate by 15%, earning 117 zero defect inspection ratings in one quarter. The internal efforts alone from the support section enabled our unit to reach it's highest quality assurance marks of 95.6%, best rating on record!
Directed strict deployment equipment inspection and calibration timelines. Coordinated feasible delivery/compliance schedule with outside agency. Ensured 128 assets were war ready in less than 1 month, while sustaining day to day operational requirements with little negative impact.
Identified negative trend items, during in-house compliance inspection. Steered broken/spare tool process revamp to eliminate confusion and tool identification. Streamlined check-in/check-out process for repairs from 4 forms down to one, simplifying the program and only authorizing 3 individuals for use. Results were immediate, guaranteeing 100% accountability and having our new program changes bench marked across the maintenance group!
Expedited technical order repair/upgrades. Updated 208 weapon checklists, replaced 1.6 thousand pages in less than 5 days, 25 days ahead of schedule, ensuring accurate maintenance manuals for use.
Fueled Support Section's success during command. Drove 8 flawless deployment pack outs, garnered an overall 86% pass rate on 452 quality assurance inspections, earning 15 Squadron/Group and Wing team member awards. Superior leadership skills led to me personally winning "2014 Support Professional of Year"!
Led Aircraft Section by building monthly/weekly work schedules for 93 personnel. Identifying and working through any manning constraints, while making sure mandatory maintenance certification, training, compliance and operational objectives are met.
Took the lead during squadrons major inspection prep, inspecting and revising 17 critical programs/121 compliance items. Identified 68 deviations and corrected them in only 11 days, 39 days ahead of schedule, guaranteeing the Aircraft Section was 100% war ready. Efforts were highlighted and evident during inspection week, when only 1 issue was found out of 121....earned 99.6% pass rate and "Superior Performer" accolades!
Reacted to a real world Operational Readiness Exercise mishap, when an individual was knocked unconscious. Established on-site control, directed self aid buddy care techniques and notified the Unit Control Center. Leadership and first aid abilities were lauded by the Exercise Evaluation Team and member recovered amazingly from altercation.
Always willing to step out of the day to day responsibilities. Attended a 40 hour First Sergeant seminar, gaining vital insight into military legal policies, protocol and enlisted force development. Education provided a deeper ability to help fellow Airman during counseling sessions at any level.
Took the lead when no one else did. Stepped up to fill a records custodian position, completing an on-line Records Management custodian course in 1 week, 5 days under requirement, allowing the validation and preservation of 80 key historical records.
Led 8 Airmanin the compliance of Air Force directive programs/plans affecting aircraft maintenance through the maintenance group's executions.
Oversaw Group/Squadron mobility programs, affecting 618 personnel and over $3.7 million in aircraft equipment. Superior leadership prowess and keen inspection tracking system secured personnel/equipment readiness, enabling 18 successful deployments with zero limiting factors.
Supervised a 22 member Shelter Management Team (SMT) during a local Operational Readiness Inspection. SMT responded to 26 exercise injects with out fault over a 2 week period. Team management skills led to being awarded "Superior Performer" accolades for the exercise and being coined by the maintenance group commander.
Managed unit's 144 personnel annual medical requirements, scheduling and validating 1,710 entries. Drove a 98.6% war readiness rate, destroying the Wing's 90% standard.
Revamped unit's anti-terrorism program by integrating new operational instructions and procedures, ensuring mandatory compliance items for inspection/security threats were in tact. Program earned an excellent rating during staff visit inspection....best in the maintenance group!
Community leader! Organized and led 4 unit, 3 Korean orphanage relief funds and 2 environmental cleanup projects over 10 months, providing solemn local national service and raising over $5K in resources. Earned the Air Force Achievement "2011 Citation of Honor" award!
