The majority of my background is in food service and food service management.
How ever i have helped schools i work with establish greenhouses and provide seed and equipment to start gardens.
gardening is a passion and I'm lucky to work with respected organic gardens and growers where i gain all my knowledge from and implement into my own gardening and grows.
I have basic herb and vegetable gardens and had had my own personal grows for over the last 5 years. Starting in a closet. moving to a tent. and finally pulling runs with multi light grows.
I have a strong customer service base and friendly and helpful with my knowledge. I feel like id have a good foundation to assist customers needs.
I have a passion for the industry as a whole and I'm looking to transition into it as a career, also to gain ultimate knowledge of products and techniques in the grow community.
I'm reliable ,dependable and hard working. I enjoy being around the product with the conversations that take place with the clients. I feel i would be a good fit to the team, as i like to promote team work with a humble approach.
Responsible for the production of special Keto diet bakery items assuring quality of production and appearance for packaging.
Planned, organized and managed operations, including inventory of ingredients filing out order forms for materials and supplies, workflow management and timely production with scheduled delivery.
Maintaining a high standard of product practicing special training threw Serv Safe certification.
Create and execute new menu concepts.
I currently work With Nathan Purtz of Southern Maine Mary Jane and Nate Purtz Organic Gardening as an apprentice learning all forms of gardening from fruit trees, vegetable, herbs and grains, including medical marijuana operation. All organic and the medical marijuana is organic no till.
I have learned so much from Nate and his expertise that i feel this continued partnership will only benefit us both in the industry.
