Station 65 RH and LH Making sure the rear window in shot window has no scratches and no other defects putting on the outter belts inner belts along with rubber caps. Station 70 front and rear making all the wire connections with no defects. Station 80 LH and RH double checking all the finale works making sure no misses any type of defects from A side to B side, front door has 3 shots, reflector, wood or white panel for the trim and speaker tweeker. Rear has 2 shots and double checking again for no defects before you complete the process.
  • Pre D Station 110 LH making sure RCM is connected, 2 shots, 2 connections and air vent is placed inside and install the LH repeater Front 2 shots to the right along with the motor mount with 3 shots to it and ac vent tube. RH break the tape 2 shots, 2 connections, air vent and connect the RH repeater. Station 120 LH rear seat belt make sure the connection is connected it is a critical call 1 shot to the seat belt, 2 shots inside the car for the brackets. Front washer bottle with 2 red and blue connection, wiper has 1 connection twist down 3 bolts to hold in place, rubber band the harness to the wiper then 3 shots and 1 shot on top of IP and to top off with foam cover. RH connect the toner, rear seat belt connect the connection follow by the 1 shot place the bracket inside along with 2 shots. Rear 2 trunk brackets, 1 shot to the left in the trunk, 1 shot above the trunk and 2 shots to the toner. Station 130 Rear 2 shots up top trunk, tesla badge, put in 2 reverse lights, push in the clips of the trunk panel, Installed quarter glass LH and RH.
  • Pre A Station 20 RH 1 large burdle patch, 6 small burdle patches, 2 plastic clips with 2 shots, take 2 strikers off front and back also removing the tape off, 2 shots under the hood, LH 2 Large burdle patches or 1 large silver panel, 3 small burdle patches, 2 plasatic clips with 2 shots remove the tape also 2 shots under the hood. Front left and right brackets, 2 shots under the hood, left and right hood shocks. Station 30 LH install computer box scan 1 shot, wire harness, and scan. Front install the HCU clip the clips in, 4 plugs with a black panel pad. Rear 6 shots, RH install computer box with 1 shot, wire harness connection. Station 40 LH RCM connection, 1 ground shot, 3 clip to the side, 2 burdle patches, 3 scans. RH connections from the harness, 3 shots to the RCM. Rear Badge, drip tube, place 3 foams inside the trunk left and right side brackets with 3 shots each side.
