Product Strategy and Product Management:

· Collaborate with customers, Product Management (PMG), Industry Strategy, Sales and Marketing to identify product strategies/objectives, obtain business commitment and communicate product solutions

· Present completed customer-driven enhancements to customers, Sales and Implementation consultants to gather feedback used to update the product backlog, gain business sign-off, and convey business and application needs to Product Development

· Review and manage quick enhancements requested by Sales that help drive sales opportunities or product demos

· Craft and communicate product release announcements and documentation
