Planned, scheduled, communicated, integrated, and lead multiple proposal activities across the F-16, F-22, and F-35 Programs at Lockheed Martin. Worked as a leader of cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex business proposals including intricate technical information to the United States Government. Developed creative written content that summarized policy and procedural information and was dispersed across functional groups to direct proposal activities. Served as the primary integrator between LM Aero groups and both partner and governmental entities involved in the development of business proposals. Presented various technical and non-technical information during meetings with High-Ranking Company and Governmental personnel, and participated in the negotiations process for multiple proposals covering both Development and Sustainment activities for the F-22 Program. Developed proposal schedules for ECPs, CCPs, and other Firm proposal efforts using Microsoft Project to track proposal milestones, and to make sure that all pertinent tasks were bid as part of the proposal process, and within the time constraints that the government levied upon the group.
Utilized SGML coding strategies to design and build job guides for personnel maintaining F-16 Aircraft in the field via Portable Maintenance Devices (PMAs). Read and interpreted electrical engineering drawings and schematics prior to incorporation into job guides. Trained new employees on usage of various systems employed to develop Tech Order Data and manuals on the F-16 Program.
