Before my career as an ACCDPD Sergeant, I spent 4 years serving honorably in the active duty Marine Corps. The majority of my career in Law enforcement and Marine Corps was spent in leadership roles. The majority of that leadership role I was directly in charge multiple personnel at any given time, majority of the time I had four to five that I directly supervised but could have up to thirty spread throughout five counties.

After my time with the Marine Corps I spent close to four years with the merchant Marines between the time spent in the Marines and the merchant marines I was able to travel the world and work and interact with many different diverse cultures

This experience allowed me the pleasure of learning leadership skills and people skills in a very diverse and challenging environment in which I apply to my profession and with daily interactions with in the community and public.

This decade and a half of leadership and people experience has made me well- rounded with leadership abilities and talents in emergency management and public relations. I am attention to detail orientated, well organized, and successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
