I spent 7 years in the U.S.Army, which is how I came to be a North Carolina resident. I began my law enforcement career with the Hoke County Sgeriffs Office, before coming to the Lumberton Police Department. I progressed quickly, becoming a Detective in just under 5 years. I investigated all types of crime, but had a concentration of financial crimes. I was moved out of investigations because of a promotion to Sergeant.
I can bring years of investigative knowledge to this Position. I have training in interviews and interrogations, basic financial crimes, advanced financial crimes investigation and have over 500 hours of concentrated investigation training..
