During my post collegiate career I have managed and led people in customer service settings for 5 years prior to moving on to my Law Enforcement career. I have 4 years experience handling high stress 911 calls and dispatch for the Washington State Patrol. This involved training new employees and tracking their progress via reports to supervisors. I then used my excellent articulation and communication skills as a deputy and officer in high stress environments dealing with all personalities of people. I had to know how to deescalate situations and influence people with my words.
Received numerous letters of appreciation from community residents.
