Collaborate with Physician and other health professional to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
Prescribe or recommend medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
Refer patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
Maintain medical records both paper and electronic records.
