I have supervised several areas in my time at Bell such as: Transportation, Shipping and Receiving, Production Warehouse, Military Kitting, Commercial Kitting, and currently Customer Support warehouse and shipping forboth military and commercial customers. When Bell implemented SAP i set up a process and trained all shipping personnel, and was responsible for the entire process for supporting commercial production in Mirabel, QC. I was then reassigned to the production warehouse to make process changes and train personnel to make it more efficient. I one month over all output was up 20%.
While at UPS Freight I was a Driver Trainer, then moved in the safety department as a regional Safety Manager and implementations. Then later moved back into operations as an Operations Manager for over the Caterpillar and Warren CAT accounts for TX and OK. I took this job due to the economic issues and was able to decrease the customers transportation costs and still maintained an 18% profit margin on an 11% plan.
