Thirty-two years of ministering experience plus five years of service at Unity School as the Chaplain of the seminary. I have served in both the senior minister position and as an associate minister. My current title is Pastoral care minister which accounts for nine years of my ministerial experience.

Trained over two hundred prayer chaplains in current position over the past eight years.
Recruited thirty licensed medical professionals to serve as volunteers during our Sunday services and other events.
Consistently enhanced the pastoral care department.
Created a core group of senior citizen volunteers to assist with church bulletins and other projects
Initiated a successful book study program that has over three hundred people who meet in small groups around the greater Phoenix area

Started as the Associate minister in 1985, became the Senior minister in 1987. Inherited a building project that was already in process but making no progress.
Created a new budget and spearheaded a new congregational building plan, executed it and together we built a new building.
Committed to stay in Nashville until the mortgage was considered to be manageable and did. From 1987 until 2000 the church grew from 176 people to 450 in two services
