Hardworking diligent worker with almost a year of experience with mixing the powder type paint from Cassemco used on medical equipment. I also had to flush the lines, clean filter on the pump, and clean the guns there at Cassemco. So I already have some experience with clean up procedure. Effective at maintaining strong and productive relationships with co-workers. Always willing and able to grasp on to new things quickly with a photographic memory that allows me to be a quick study. I enjoy challenging myself by learning new things. I have been running the paint machine for your company for about 6 months now and I think I caught on to that really well considering I was pretty much just thrown into one day with just a brief run down on how to figure out the paint codes. It didnt take much time before I rarely had to look a code up I have quite a bit memorized. I also enjoy staying busy time goes by faster that way. I don't know if the paint abbreviations have anything to do with this portion of the job but I have quite a few of those memorized too.

Painting Operator/ Hang CR, 08/2019 to Current
FicosaCity, STATE,
  • Comprehended and carried out routine or complex job specifications and requirements.
  • Planned ahead and laid out parts needed to meet production and schedule requirements. When needed I found out about substitutions when out of specific parts.
  • Operated paint machinery in accordance with company procedures and scheduling.
  • Documented daily production data and submitted accurate, timely logs in the GIP to keep management up to date on how many parts of each specific color were done daily.
  • Received and correctly processed both written and verbal instructions and schedules.
  • Removed and replaced machine accessories such as spines, spindles, or frames on trolleys to keep products within desired quality. When machines accessories were too thick with paint to be able to secure the part on securely I made sure to have them replaced and notified team members and team leader to the fact so that they were made aware and so everyone got together and got it done in a timely fashion to minimize down time. Those machine accessories could then be added to the list to have them burned.
  • Read and interpreted operation and parameter sheets to effectively complete each job. I also do a scrap count when need be and turn in to supervisor.
  • Reported all operational deficiencies to supervisor and my team members so that everyone on my hang crew was aware of what was going on at all times. I also made sure the people operating behind the wall mixing paints were made aware of any last minute changes made to the scheduling of paint colors so that the line would run more efficiently and with out delay due to any changes. So that they could adjust their schedule accordingly and have the paint mixed and ready for those trolleys when they came around to them.
Hang CR, 06/2019 to 11/2019
Ficosa (thru Temp Agency Resource Mfg.)City, STATE,
  • I first started at Ficosa thru a temp agency called Resource Mfg. I started out just hanging the various car mirror covers on the racks for the paint machine to paint.
  • I had to ensure that these parts were properly secured to the racks and that the were good quality parts.
  • I was taught how to correctly read the schedule so that I would know which parts were going on each trolley.
  • I then learned how to do the rack changes when needed to hang different parts as scheduled.
  • Finessed the painted products and got the defects out after we were done running the line for the night.
