As a franchisee of N2 Publishing, I successfully launched, and continue to produce and manage two separate, monthly private social living magazines for two of Santa Rosa's premier neighborhoods.
As the owner of the publications, my primary roles include 1) creating a fun and vibrant monthly publication, primarily filled with content about the residents and adhering to a specific brand identity as defined by the franchisor and 2) building and developing revenue and managing all business aspects associated with the publications.

In this position, I worked closely with the Executive Director to define and establish the organization's brand and identity.
I developed an overall marketing and fundraising campaign and worked closely with designers to create logos, collateral material and a website to distinguish the organization from the thousands of non-profits in New York City.
In addition to developing website, social media and print media content (including annual reports), I was also the organization's grant writer and manager, raising over one half of the organization's general operating budget through grants alone.
