  • Developed conceptual plans, proforma, and proposal to present to critical stakeholders and local government officials in response to the City's RFP, which we secured.
  • Proposed development is ~20,000sf of retail/restaurant/office space, split between two buildings surrounding a 6,000sf courtyard to serve as part of Lookout Mountain's new Town Center, with the goal of creating a social hub and spurring future private development opportunities. Scheduled to break ground in late 2021.
  • Prepared pro forma budget and financial analysis in order to acquire the development site for a nominal fee to help mitigate risk.
  • Performed real estate market research for industry trends, developed local competitive analysis, and evaluated consumer leakage from various market segments in order to determine ideal tenant mix of retail/restaurant while assessing supply shortages of office space in order to optimize the product/tenant mix while maximizing time spread of foot traffic.
