Job duties included removal of all electrical conduit, trough's, fittings, wiring, ESD buttons, flow, level and temperature devices with accurate schematic for reinstallation and proper process control upon reinstallation. Responsible for entire ethernet and VoIP installation, identification, termination and system certification and recording of OTDR signal range for Db loss within acceptable standards limits. Similar testing and certification of single and multi mode fiber optic back bone lines after all break out terminations completed. Temporarily subcontracted by Johnson Controls to install cabling for PLC steam flow meters, temperature transmitters and VFDs associated with new boiler installation and process control panel. Instructed daily work details to crew consisting of two apprentice s and two mechanics.
