Facilitated design and construction team meetings, highlighted on-going project goals and progress in detailed reports, prepared technical reviews and feedback of AEC team submittals, reviewed design specification and drawings, worked directly with contractor to implement design strategies, and facilitated LEED certification documentation. Developed and managed program and project level budgets, invoicing, and accounts receivables.
Led project for General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings to identify key low- to no-cost opportunities to reduce operating costs and resource use in existing buildings. Summarized research from over 50 articles published by academia, national laboratories, and professional associations. Identified key opportunities in 6 high impact areas: plug load management, server load management, water efficiency, daylighting, behavior engagement, and operational efficiency.
Tracked and analyzed first large-scale waste reduction project required to comply with City of Fort Collins 2030 zero waste plan for demolition of Fort Collins Foothills Mall. Highlighted project achievements in waste diversion in detailed monthly reports, in addition to case study of overall campaign and waste reduction achievements. Waste diversion efforts resulted in more than 46,500 tons of construction waste diverted from landfills.

Developed and implemented 12-week live-online sustainability professionals certification course for Colorado State University Online.
