Opened private & semi-private training studio in Las Vegas. Responsible for all marketing campaigns and execution of new member sales. Job requires me to hire and mentor all trainers on staff (currently 3 on staff). Daily task include new member assessments, all studio program design, and staff mentoring. Established intern program with University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV) kinesiology department. Successfully got club to profitability within 3 months of opening. 2,400 sq. ft. training studio on track to surpass 400k in personal training sales for 2017.
Successfully launched one on one personal training business with an emphasis on training clients privately either in their home or at local health club.
