Work History
Swope Health - Owner
Independence, MO, 02/2005 - 03/2020
  • The Bee's Knees is a company that I started with friend and Co-owner, Rebecca Petersen in early 2005.
  • Among the first online distributors to source bulk wholesale foreign markets and use an algorithm that I designed using Microsoft q# software, in order to effectively target the trends happening acClaire the U.S. pertaining to season, region, and demographic income specifications.
  • Oversaw budget planning and administration, accounting functions, purchasing and bi-weekly payroll for seasonal employees.
  • Enhanced operational efficiency and productivity by managing client accounts with constantly shifting needs while eliminating unit overstock. Long-term strategies exceeded baseline projection 12 of 15 years.
  • Created and monitored wholesale promotional approaches to increase sales profit margin 5% quarterly, meeting projections with a 75% average efficiency from 2005 to 2017.
  • This employment entry will overlap with others listed, as it has historically shifted between a supplemental and solitary source of income depending on profit goals and/or need. As of early 2020, we have chosen not to maintain federal status as a small business due to a progressive profit loss from large-scale internet based competition, recent import restrictions, as well as drastic changes with small business tax incentives in governmental policy.
Aaa Northern California, Nevada And Utah Insurance Exchange - Administrative Claims Associate

  • High-paced, multi-tasking utilizing dual monitors for reference and data entry.
  • Conforming to needs and attitudes of drastically divergent clientele from hourly employees to military to victims of violent robbery.
  • Exceeding per client feedback, accuracy protocols, baseline performance scores and attendance adherence year after year. Honored in the quarterly newsletter for client-initiated commendations.

  • Maintained Suspicious Claims Database and prepared reports on a daily basis for examiners.
Refresh Mental Health - Technical Support Specialist II
Pineville, NC, 07/2014 - 09/2014
  • I'm including this employer because of the technical training that I received, in hopes that my skills may be applicable in the workforce. SedgwickCMS made an offer for employment on the spot which I could not refuse, my first day taking calls for Alpine. I left on great terms with my trainer, Bobbie Stonskis, and she assured that I would always be eligible for rehire.
  • I worked 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, for 90 days during training. Training was referred to as "Tech Camp" or, Alpine Academy and was extremely extensive, intense, and informative experience.
  • In 90 days I received an education on all software system components of current PC, Mac, Linux, DOS, iOS and Android systems. Remote troubleshooting and repair using TeamViewer software, HTML, C+, and Python code basics, Networking, Web Design basics and Data Science ("big data and algorithm application") basics, Android application packs (apks) and iOS hard-coded software were covered and tested. I passed training in the top 10% of my class.
Britthaven Of Benton - Certified Medical Assistant
City, STATE, 07/2006 - 01/2014
  • Britthaven is responsible for my work ethic, empathy for patients/clients, and dedication to the core expansion of a business. It was the skills attained here that gave me the confidence to drastically expand my own business. It was with a heavy heart, after 8 years, that I said my goodbyes when the property owner sold to another company.
  • Since there is not a brick and mortar reference available, I obtained a written reference from my RN charge nurse, Adrienne Cannella, and her permission to provide her email to a potential employer if needed.
  • I began my employment as a Medical Assistant, administering medications to residents and filling in as "charge nurse" when RN's weren't available.
  • After 4 years, I began working on an as-needed-basis in the office and learning medical coding with the time-honored "sink or swim" training strategy. This was the Britthaven official training method.
  • Implemented new coding procedures that reduced mistakes and simplified processes.
  • Scanned and filed medical records in alphabetical order to maintain organized and up-to-date filing system.
  • Performed billing and coding procedures for ambulance, emergency room, impatient and outpatient services.
  • Applied official coding conventions and rules from American Medical Association and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to assign diagnostic codes.
