This small, thriving, family-owned business is the creation of my husband. As a business co-owner, I have actively participated in all aspects of running a small business: from marketing, staffing, becoming a certified group fitness instructor & running coach, managing the front desk and group fitness program, creating a child care center, constructing and opening a cafe, creating a 5K run/walk to benefit Casey Cares Foundation, developing website and marketing materials, cleaning the facility, reaching out to members, launching weight-loss programs, promoting grass-roots relations and making sales.
