I am 23 years old and have been around the construction industry since I was 6. Growing up, I always had to be working on something and loved working. I've completed and helped on many different home projects from minor repairs to remodels or add-ons. Weekends, if I wasn't helping my dad chain equipment, I was pressure washing equipment at the shop. My father has been a foreman and recently a company owner, for 20 years around Spokane; Therefore, I have been taught by one of the best in the industry. After graduation, I started out on road crew chasing hubs and slowly began rolling and watering the sub and final grade. Later, I learned the ins and outs of various equipment and the processes of new residential construction. Including pipe laying, setting manholes, testing sewer and water lines, digging and bedding utility ditches, sidewalk and curb grade, and everything in between. I also learned how to utilize the total station to increase productions where applicable; but knew how to keep production alive were there to be a malfunction. I then went and helped my father running equipment for his newly formed landscape company where I retained and learned quickly from a veteran in the industry. I've done everything from pavers, retaining walls, planting trees and shrubs, laying sod, trouble shooting and repairing old irrigation, to installing new irrigation systems in mass quantities ahead of schedule. I decided to go on an adventure and go help out a long time family friend in Montana. He was the head of civil operations for an established business before he started his own. I am an experienced, safety, and progressive-minded operator of excavators, rollers, front end loaders, haul trucks, skid steers, water trucks. I have learned from some of the best in the industry and have plenty of excellent references. I started with a shovel in my hand and have a lot of knowledge, skills, enthusiasm. I can handle anything I am tasked with. I learn fast and problem solve. I can do all kinds of house, vehicle, and equipment repairs as I am very mechanically inclined. Please do not underestimate my capabilities due to my age; as I have retained and strived to perfect everything I do. As an employee, I want to perform with an equal balance of safety, quality, and efficiency. If you are going to do something, you may as well do it right the first time; rather than coming back to fix it later.
