  • Sole organizer of the first-ever Operation AGILE LEADER Field Training Exercise to replace US Army Cadet Command’s Advanced Camp, shut down due to COVID; this Field Training which included Cadets from every ROTC program in Mississippi, a budget of over $350,000, and close coordination with state and local-level Army National Guard elements.
  • Develop, implement and teach college level curriculum to ROTC Cadets through lectures, discussions, visual aids and other effective teaching methods for student comprehension.
