During my time with Craneworks, Inc. I have worked within the parameters of the NAVFAC P-307 in my daily jobs. I understand and support the main goals of the program and I continue to study it as there is always more to learn. I know what is required for all aspects of a successful, mature weight handling program, from the myriad of certifications required for the staff, to the Crane Alteration Requests to compile, and the maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment. I have extensive experience working with the Navy Crane Center during audits and I know what areas are emphasized and how to prepare our program for these audits. Also, I have the communication skills to motivate my staff, converse with higher level supervisors, and articulate the needs of our program to the money people. Currently training new employees to Craneworks,Inc. is my responsibility and I accomplish this with detail , patience, and humor. I have experience with both mobile and overhead cranes as well as computer skills in Word ,Power Point and Excel.
With my experience and knowledge, along with my communication skills I would be an asset as a supervisor in your weight handling program and I look forward to meeting with you to discuss our possibilities.
