I produced four American Drum Line Association shows - A performance and Awards event for indoor High School percussion ensembles. Around 50 schools from the Los Angeles area participate, with over 1000 performers and 1500 spectators and support staff. The event included the advanced planning and organization of School Admin, Boosters, parents and students volunteers. They helped with set up/run of the various areas (food and vendors, Parking, VIP room, setting up the gym for performance and awards, organizing volunteers and key positions). It also included working with District, school, city and police officials in obtaining proper approval, event permits and insurance riders.I won best show host three times.
