I have been with Fifth Third for over six years and have enjoyed the working atmosphere Fifth Third provides for it's employees. I had the opportunity to work on a special project during the first few months of the Covid pandemic. I was selected to participate in the hardship department set up for our customers. I was responsible for reviewing emails from customers regarding loan/credit card deferrals, and replying back to them in a timely matter. I was also on the team working the dedicated hardship phone line. I very much enjoyed working behind the scenes and helping our customers by providing options to assist them during a time they looked to our bank for help. I was motivated during this time to look outside the teller/branch positions for other opportunities within Fifth Third. I feel I would be a strong asset to the loan processing department.
