Responsibilities Oversees and assesses project execution on an ongoing basis to ensure a consistent customer experience across the stores by receiving, collecting, and analyzing logistical issues identified by the DM – PSA in assigned stores and providing resolutions to complete the project on time.
Communicating project logistical issues to the Market Product Service Manager to improve
efficiency across the market identifying and solving merchandising and/or Planogram issues in assigned stores, leveraging knowledge and understanding of the overall product service strategy, and communicating
opportunities for improvement to the MPSM to be shared across the market, region, and enterprise.
Prioritizing projects by working with the DM – PSA, and the MPSM to ensure follow-up of store tasks to ensure 100% completion of projects.
Utilizing available tools and metrics (e.g., sales indexing, project home page, EMS) to understand instore capacity and service needs overseeing test sets in order to identify and share execution opportunities and efficiency best
practices with the market, region, and enterprise ensuring assigned stores have a staging process for reset product and product support materials and

Product Service teams' work to identifying and communicating potential reset and project safety issues during planning and execution
