Practice Manager for Family Practice, Dermatology and Internal Medicine Clinics with  a location in Hollywood and West Los Angeles. Staffed with four physicians and 15 employees. I enjoy leading a team, problem solving and approaching challenges head on. My responsibilities include personnel management and operational oversight that includes contracts and credentialing,  HR functions, Physician scheduling, all coding and AR functions. Website and social media marketing, Industrial Medicine client meetings. monthly billing report review. Responsible for all insurances for the group. Supervising internal systems for handling cash, checks and bank deposits. Investigating and resolving employee, physician and patient complaints.
