  • Reviewed contractor Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) pursuant to Executive Order No. 11246 using eight factor analysis
  • Performed manual hand-written computations and analysis of company workforce data broken down by broad job categories Officials & Managers, Professionals, Sales, Technicians, Services, Craftspersons and Laborers.
  • Conducted on-site audits and field investigations. Structured and negotiated complex Employment Programs, Conciliation Agreements, Letters of Intent and Memorandums of Understanding with companies to correct violations of NY City, state and federal EEO laws and regulations.
