Sr. Analyst, NCSQ
Design and lead strategic customer satisfaction, loyalty and operational program initiatives. Leverage cross-functional business relationships and teams to develop and drive win-win solutions for customers and the front line. Develop and deliver executive level presentations to outline business opportunities, position solutions, and gain support and sponsorship to drive organizational change. Work collaboratively with Care Operations, FSC support teams, Prod Dev, EIT, M&P, Care Finance, RP, Customer Delivery, Marketing and Care VPs to identify and implement effective processes, policies and success measures. Routinely conduct focus groups with Care frontline and leaderships teams to gather feedback and design solutions to simplify process, policy and improve both operational efficiency and frontline engagement.
