During my occupation at chick fil a, I was promoted a total of three times. I work very hard early morning and late nights which was recognized. Before I put my resignation in my job as a team leader manager was to always assists my customers and team members. I was to come in with positive energy ready to spread that same positive energy to everyone around me ON AND OFF the clock. Negativity as not tolerated at which really made me feel as a character for my own good and the company. I was to make sure my outside team was hydrated, ipads charged, safety vest, and that everyone was on for when the drive through was ready to beat goals. Rather if we made the goals or not I always encouraged my team to work hard and sufficient. Any problem that was above me was always handles correctly. I served food to people, and also handled cash through cash register. I work extremely fast to keep the drive through moving as I stated previously we had goals to meet that I always strived hard to beat.
Revel just as Suite was also very high paced with celebrity pop ups often. My job there was also being a Hookah server. The lounges are actually sister companies owned by the brothers. I had exceeded my needs as I was asked to work both Lounges balancing working one on the weeks and the other on weekdays. I assisted customers bringing hookah as needed, & also assisted my team members of course. Unlike suite Revel was only one level so that made it easier to point out customers who needed anything refilled, payment, questions etc. In revel I gradually was getting trained to make the hookah then serve it, which I have mastered at this point. Very paced even on week days I had no problem making room on my schedule to accommodate the lounge.
My job as an Hookah server was to wait for hookah to be prepared while also constantly scanning and observing to see if any customers or team members needed assistance, customers to be exact (drinks, coals, food, more hookah.) My job was to serve hookah but if things were to get hectic I always made it mandatory to always give help when needed. Suite being such an high volume lounge with celebrities making appearances weekly, always running and assisting my customers was my number one goal to make sure everyone is satisfied and if there was a problem to see if there was any immediate solution. My body is conditioned to getting off late and working through long busy hours.
