Working as a Loss Prevention Agent in 1992 to becoming a Regional Loss Prevention Manager overseeing three regions consisting of 100 to 125 stores per region in 1996, then overseeing 177 restaurants in 2005, and most recently 170 restaurants with a national restaurant company. I have been able to develop strong loss prevention, investigative and safety management skills in many areas. These areas include integrity interviews, employee supervision and leadership, inventory reconciliation, cash/refund/credit card investigations, operations improvement auditing, employee development, overseeing and delivering loss prevention training to newly hired loss prevention managers, district/area supervisors, and store/restaurant management. Work closely with human resources, risk management, accounting/finance and Law Enforcement to insure that proper preventive training is delivered at all levels to reduce major losses within an organization.
