Maintains accurate residents' records through daily updates of all rents, deposits and application fees received in office and online. Issue appropriate notices when necessary (e.g., late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos). Evaluates all lease paperwork as part of the move-in and move-out process. Processes all security deposits related to move-out reports. Accepts maintenance service requests routes to maintenance staff for prompt fulfillment. Also conducts service follow-up with resident when work is completed. Maintains customer relations and a positive attitude. Physically inspects property grounds to ensure cleanliness and reports any service needs to maintenance staff. Conducts inspections for move-outs and vacancies.
