I am a highly motivated property management/leasing representative, eager to expand my skillset in a position in the real estate industry. Though new to the world of real estate, I am certain that my skills would be a most welcome asset to any brokerage.
After working my way up from a cashier to a manager role in the foodservice industry, I set out to further myself and eventually found work in property management. Each of my previous jobs provided me with many techniques that I will utilize in future positions. Working in a management role in the foodservice industry has helped me develop a leading role, which enabled me to learn to make executive decisions, under all circumstances. Serving tables in restaurants has molded me to become very patient with customers and to work with other employees as a team to succeed. My most recent position as a leasing and marketing professional has led to my future in real estate. In the role as a leasing and marketing professional, I developed a talent, for assisting tenants and prospects, with excellent customer service and guidance. Helping others find homes came naturally for me and has become a passion. With years in passing, I realized that I had bigger dreams and thus, have set my sights upon becoming a real estate agent.
