  • Partnered with ETP and HRIS to developed first ever ELP online application process, fully customized and created in-house. Streamlined collecting applications, with robust communications to leadership and participants, and recording scorecards.
  • Managed $650,000 program budget by negotiating rates with procurement to ensure cost effectiveness and best-in-class events
  • Introduced analytics into program evaluation by partnering with People Analytics to create ELP Dashboard that tracks ROI.
  • Co-assisted in creating SG Connect People Center hotline for employees impacted during Coronavirus outbreak. Developed intake form, and facilitated training for over 100 HR volunteers, and managed volunteer shift scheduling.
  • Created "Executing in the New Environment", a two facing resource document, as part of Strengthening Sales Capabilities Project to support over 7,000 commercial employees adjusting to post Coronavirus environment.
