Since working for BPS, worked 2 years on ground maintenance/heavy equipment operator crew then moved into a position mowing and maintaining 26 athletic fields, worked closely with reps on pest and weed control and fertilizing fields to optimal goals, then took Lead position over a heavy equipment crew.

Previous work history : owned and operated own business for 33 years with a spotless driving record. To list a few skills, irrigation and sprinkler system maintenance, application of pesticides and herbicides, inside and outside safety stripping to meet OSHA regulations. I have a strong ability to diagnose and repair equipment and did all the general maintenance and operation of equipment, small medium and large, along with support equipment, owned a pay loader and skid loader and operated them for snow removal. Business included a total parking lot and lawn maintenance service from asphalt pot hole and crack repair to seal-coating and striping. Worked closely with office administrator in keeping accounts current and purchasing equipment, estimating and billing of all jobs along with ordering all materials and hiring help as needed. Back in 1999 ventured into building a carwash 1 automatic and 3 bays self serve. Served as the general project coordinator. Basically did everything from hiring contractors, working with them to select and order proper materials and amounts to prevent waste, and physically working right alongside them. Also did the land acquisition process with bank , met with and worked closely with Architect in the planning process and secured all permits. Also researched carwash equipment companies, and worked closely with them to ensure titration of chemicals, re-claim water systems, along with heat in bays to prevent freezing of equipment to be able to be used in winter and be cost effective. My site was and old gas station so worked closely with EPA to ensure the site was environmentally safe.

I also was owner of Jessica Claire farms, procured and maintained marketing for crops and livestock, and also was responsible for all crops and livestock.
