Leadership is one of my biggest strengths. Along with customer service. For many years, I have grown in my skills and abilities to multi task and accommodate my peers. Given any of the jobs I have previously had they all have offered me the chance to grow in communication, sales, any food handling, and most importantly team skills. Any one can work in a department but not everyone can connect with people, encourage people, applaud people, and instruct people. My previous jobs have ranged form cash register to food to folding linen to clean rooms to running a team. The reason my list continues to grow is because I continue to take the initiative to try and the will to grow at any thing I can.

Accomplishments

    Being in any leadership role is something I have worked very hard at for many years. Starting in discharges in the hospital, 5 years ago. I was able to use that knowledge to better prioritize and delegate certain situations. Leadership has been apart of almost every job I have partaken in. I take pride in knowing and sharing that any job listed here, would take me back in a heartbeat. Not only am I hardworking, I am team player to the core. My team is my family. When I commit myself to a team or place, making everyone not only feel apart of that tema or place, but being of assistants in any way I can. For two years, I have been given the responsibility to run my team and report to my core leaders only when absolutely nessacary. I have mastered prioritizing and multi tasking, and I enjoy teaching my fellow team members. Long term commitments at my previous employment shows the ability to stay at a job and work at anything to grow.

My confidence comes from within me, my experiences. Customer service has always been a major factor in my previous employers. Starting from the bottom and climbing in responsibilities based on my commitment and work has shown me that you are able to do anything you set your mind to. I have worked with customers my entire life. With these positions, I have the power to make an experience for a customer or patient feel absolutely at ease, relieved, happy, pleased, and maybe even intrigued. Any service we provide for a customer or patient can be the exact thing one needs to smile. Maybe seeing me happy in my field will encourage another to apply where ever I may be. Being able to help my team meet their goals or even just daily tasks, is something I find value in.
