Conduct statewide Union Management Communication Committee, effectively communicate issues, share and receive information, advance member's position. Negotiate Mandatory Subjects (DTB). Investigate and analyze issues and apply Collective Bargaining Agreement, identify impacts, work effectively and professionally with member leaders, Council staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to advocate for best possible outcomes for membership. Communicate clearly and professionally. Quickly assimilate and apply new information and details of diverse organizations and job-specific issues. Utilize exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiently use all electronic resources and tools. Also responsible for negotiating grievance settlements via PARM or PERC mediation; arbitration; contract negotiation; and PRB hearings; however I am new to this temporary position and have not yet had an opportunity to engage in these processes.

Mobilized members, set up phone banks, and worked turn-out to volunteer for various candidates and campaign rallies. Provided training to locals statewide on the Caucus process in an effort to build WFSE legislative priorities into the party's platform. Lobbied elected officials on items of importance to our membership.
