  • Designed and developed a global warehouse platform to consolidate orders header, pre-advice, and transaction details from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) systems for 34 countries, 140 sites and 236 contracts installed on separate instances/servers. The data involved SKU, location, packing, inventory, and transport etc
  • KPIs are built for department productivities like Inbound receipt, put away, returns, and outbound repack, replenishment, shipment trends and ratio analytics like receipt vs receipt reverse, pick vs unpick, seasonalities etc
  • Led collaboration efforts with business teams to ensure solution accuracy as the KPI were tied to sales performance bonus.
