Medical Resident who is in the process of completing specialized training in Internal Medicine. Throughout my Residency, I have strived to attain knowledge while building the capability to be efficient throughout. I have been working on research projects which are IRB approved and have spent numerous hours outside my required duty, learning basics in the field of Internal Medicine with attention to both the theoretical as well as the clinical.
As a resident I had the opportunity to learn from our Attendings about various aspects of the field including an enhanced understanding of pathophysiology, Current Guidelines, evidenced based learning, and clinical vignettes. I have spent countless hours educating not only myself but my peers in order to gain overall reinforcement and skills in the field of Internal Medicine. As a potential chief resident I will strive to the best of my ability to strengthen the program as well as our overall housestaff.
