As and Independent Sales Agent, I was required day to day to be "Self Managed" Once we conducted daily meetings we was required to go out and either set booths up, go door to door, or to schedule clients for appointments. If a client was qualified they would be given an appointment or seen on spot to provide a DNA Swab ( done by agent) and checked for a variety of cancers, as well as Dementia, High Cholesterol, etc. The patient received their results via mail. I also provided qualified patients with braces they may need such as knee, elbow, waist, hip, etc. It all depended on the patients insurance provider, our screenings was provided at no out of pocket costs.
My main duty was to provide exceptional customer service, to ensure customers needs is/was met to the best of my ability. I had to keep the shop cleaned at all times inside and out, take trash out daily after closing. I provided a variety of coffees an snacks to customers upon request. Also to promote the business, to marketing daily via social media inlcudes posting pictures of coffees, market daily specials and incentatives. I had to count my drawer prior and at end of shifts as well as closing and locking down store at end of shift.
As an lifeline wireless agent, I was required to meet daily at 9am for morning meetings. We are required to go out each day worked and choose an location to set up a booth. We are required to collect specific information (personal information) from customer and use that information provided to see if they qualify to receive a "Free" phone via the lifewireless program. The program is for specific customers who have set or low income, SSI reciepents, SNAP recipients, etc. If the customer qualifies then we must follow each step on setting up and activating the customers device. We are able to do door to door, appointments, as well as setting up.
Each day requires you to work different areas and different stations (lines), Daily I wasrequired to ensure packing, labeling, etc was up to par with no flaws. To pack bulbs accordingly and to stack up full boxes according to that order, to ensure paperwork is completed properly and order is done correctly and ready to be sent to the company. We had to ensure the quality of each product. Also had to run lines with different products, had to set up and break down lines accordingly at the beginning and end of each shift.
